Mr. Cezzy Kanionga is the founder of Zylloo Consult Sarlu (DRC) and co-founder of the Zylloo Consult Ltd (Kenya). He is the Lead Consultant and Team Leader of the Zylloo Experts’ Network.
Initially educated in Economics with a specialization in Marketing and Finance, and father training in Project Management and Master’s degree in Business and services, Mr. Cezzy also holds several professional certificates, notably in the areas of Public Private Partnership (PPP), Public Procurement, Project Finance and Negotiation.
He participated in the IS4D (Infrastructure Skills for Development) program initiated by the Australian Government and NEPAD to strengthen the capacities of African project managers in the planning and management of infrastructure projects across the African continent.
Mr. Cezzy Kanionga is a certified PECB trainer in the fields of quality management and project management. He is certified against international standards ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 21500 as respectively Lead Quality Manager, Provisional Quality Auditor, Environmental Manager and Senior Project Manager
Since 2004, Mr. Cezzy Kanionga has worked as a Management Controller within the M&E Department, Lead Expert for the Project and Research Unit within the Project Development Department, and Tax Supervisor within the Finance Department before he became the Head of Finance within the Katanga Directorate at the Multimodal Freight Management Office “OGEFREM” based in DR Congo.
In 2013, he began an international career at the Northern Corridor Transit and Transport Coordination Authority, based in Mombasa, Republic of Kenya, where he currently manages the Private Sector Investment Promotion Program as Program Manager.
Mr. Cezzy Kanionga has participated in several feasibility studies of investment projects for his former employer and his partners. He has also participated in several studies at the regional level within the framework of the organization of the Northern Corridor. His long experience in business and internationally is thus accessible to all those who need objective analyzes of their projects before engaging in an uncertain investment process.
