Zylloo Consult SARLU is proud to announce the successful completion of the first PECB ISO 9001:2015 Lead Implementer professional certification training organized by the National School of Administration (ENA) of the Democratic Republic of Congo from 27 to 31 July 2026.
This internationally accredited training forms part of ENA’s commitment to strengthening the competencies of senior public officials, executives of public enterprises, private-sector professionals and consultants in Quality Management Systems in accordance with internationally recognized standards.
As the Official PECB Distributor in the Democratic Republic of Congo, Zylloo Consult was entrusted with the technical facilitation of this first certification programme through its Principal Consultant, Mr. Cezzy Kanionga, a PECB Certified Trainer and specialist in the implementation of ISO Management Systems.
Training Delivered in Full Compliance with International Standards
During five intensive days, participants attended the official PECB ISO 9001:2015 Lead Implementer programme, covering, among others:
- Fundamentals of Quality Management;
- Requirements of ISO 9001:2015;
- The Harmonized Structure of ISO Management System Standards;
- Leadership and Quality Governance;
- The Process Approach;
- Risk-Based Thinking;
- Documented Information;
- Performance Evaluation;
- Internal Audits;
- Nonconformities, Corrections and Corrective Actions;
- Continual Improvement.
The training combined technical presentations, case studies, practical exercises, group work and implementation simulations, enabling participants to develop competencies directly applicable within their respective organizations.
Active Participation and Strong Commitment
Participants representing various public institutions and organizations demonstrated a high level of commitment throughout the programme.
The technical discussions focused on the practical implementation of Quality Management Systems within Congolese organizations and highlighted the contribution of ISO 9001 to improved organizational performance, stakeholder satisfaction and continual improvement.
The programme concluded with the official PECB certification examination, an essential step towards obtaining an internationally recognized professional certification.
